Another Internet Explorer Vulnerability

Posted by Raul Rojas on December 20, 2008 in Stuff, General, Security, software |

Since last December 17, 2008 Microsoft has released in the main pages of your site network, messages alerting users of Internet Explorer on a new vulnerability in versions 5, 6 and 7 browser. This failure called "Pointer Reference Memory Corruption Vulnerability" (memory corruption vulnerability reference pointer). A super mamon name in plain language that means that from some untrusted sites, the hackers could have access to your computer and your data by malicious code. But with the announcement always publish the patch does not look bad.

You can update from Windows Update or download only the patch in question.
