Microsoft Outlook has a very useful functionality that facilitates the writing and sending emails. Address auto-complete lets you type only the first letters of the address of the recipient or recipients of your message and you automatically lists recently used email addresses, so if you have contacts to whom you send emails constantly is convenient to are kept in a cache file data to auto writing.

The problem comes when your recipients change their address or perhaps you typed the address incorrectly, repeatedly and find out later that it was not right, you know, but Outlook does not so you will still display the wrong direction all the time.

The way to correct this was to delete the cache file that stores this information, the file ends with a. NK2 and is located in the folder C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Outlook if have Windows XP or C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Outlook if you have Windows Vista, but were eliminated by erasing all other cached contacts if you were using and which sacabas advantage.

But there is a free utility Nirsoft company that lets you view and edit the contents of the NK2 cache file and thus eliminate incorrect addresses or even Outlook AutoComplete addresses obsolete.

As a precaution always have a backup of this file, because although you can delete and add entries to the list of autocompletion sometimes damages the file and Outlook can not read more entries.
