Microsoft Outlook has a useful feature that facilitates the writing and sending emails. Autocomplete addresses only lets you type the first letters of the address of the recipient or recipients of your message and you automatically mailing list of recently used addresses, so if you have contacts that are constantly sending emails is convenient to saved to a file cache this data to auto writing.

The problem comes when your recipients change their address or maybe you've written repeatedly wrong direction and you find out later that was wrong, you know it, but Outlook does not so you will still display the wrong direction all the time.

The way to correct this was to delete the cache file that stores this information, the file ends with. NK2 and is located in the C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Outlook on the case I have Windows XP or C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Outlook If you have Windows Vista, but were eliminated by deleting all other contacts cached if used and which sacabas advantage.

But there is a free utility Nirsoft company that lets you view and edit the contents of the NK2 cache file and thus eliminate incorrect addresses or even Outlook AutoComplete addresses obsolete.

As a precaution always have a backup of this file, because even lets you delete and add entries to the list of autocompletion sometimes corrupts the file and Outlook can not read more entries.
